A basement apartment in an established highly rated guesthouse. Bedroom 1 is open plan with kitchen but can be closed off with curtains for privacy. Bedroom 2 has 2.1m ceiling height. Bedroom 3 has 1.8m ceiling height and is more suited for kids. Private patio with braai , dining and sitting offers magnificent views , while being soothed by the sounds of the rimflow pool. Pool is shared with other guests. Waterfall mall is 5min away.
