A wooden, ecological modern house (ci.80 sq.m) located in a small mountain village – Szlachtowa. Our house is surrounded by natural landscape and hills. It is in the close neighbourhood of Pieniny National Park and Poprad Landscape Park. It takes about 10-minute-walk to reach Natura 2000 area (Małe Pieniny) It is about 6 km to famous Szczawnica resort and about 2 km to Jaworki and the Biała Woda Nature Reserve.

The space
It is a perfect place for visitors looking for privacy, who want to avoid the crowds, yet at the same time enjoy stunning views and tourist attractions. It takes just a few steps from our house to enter the rarely visited hiking paths and mountain steams.

During the stay our guests have an exclusive access to the entire house, along with a 1000 m2 backyard. The house is entirely made of wood. It offers a perfect combination of designer simplicity, comfort and a unique surrounding landscape. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace (wood provided), a fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms with two bathrooms. In the living room there is a sofa, which can accommodate additional 2 guests. The ground floor bedroom has two beds which can be joined into one king size bed. In the upstairs bedroom there is a king size bed and workspace with a desk. For those who want to stay at home for 5 days or longer, we offer a washing machine service. We invite up to six people.

Guest access
Both the house and a large backyard are exclusively for our guests' use. There is no other house in the property.

We do not have any TV on a purpose. However, we provide you with a fireplace next to a huge window overlooking the hills ☺

The neighbourhood is a perfect place for hiking, running, ridding a bike and wading the mountain steams. During the summer you can pick some raspberries, wild strawberries and blackberries. There are also horse farms so you can take a horse ride in Biała Woda Nature Reserve. During the summer hiking you can meet sheep herds, cows and goats in the meadows. During the wintertime the neighbourhood is usually full of snow - you can go for horse sleigh ride, skiing including cross-country skiing. There are a lot of huts and apiaries in the area. The area is also a great place for cycling, both mountain and road. You can of course do nothing and just hide at home and bask in front of the fireplace.

Our house is located about 1 km from the famous Homole Gorge and about 2.5 km from the Biała Woda Reserve. Nearby (about 2 km) there is a horse stud and the famous Muzyczna Owczarnia with a rich cultural offer. It is about 4 km to Plac Dietla in the neighboring Szczawnica resort. The marina in Szczawnica it is approx. 6 km (downhill). It is from here that you can go on a bicycle trip to the Červený Kláštor along the scenic path of the Dunajec River Gorge. From the vicinity of Červený Kláštor in Slovakia you can enjoy a beautiful view of the peak of Trzy Korony. The Dunajec River is also a great opportunity to go rafting on a traditional raft, pontoon or canoe. The nearest ski lift - Jaworki-Homole Ski Arena is approx. 2 km form our house and the Palenica ski lift in Szczawnica is approx. 5 km away. Both ski lifts are also open during summer season.
