A detached, luxurious, single-storey cottage, in a spacious courtyard location, lovingly transformed by the owner from a farm dairy to a superb Llandysul holiday cottage. Overlooking wonderful open countryside this Llandysul cottage retains all the vaulted ceilings with open beams throughout, and boasts spacious, light and airy rooms including a delightful sitting room with welcoming wood-burner for cooler evenings.

The space
A single storey welsh barn conversion set over three levels with 3 steps between each level, secure handrails aid those who are less mobile.

Superfast fibre Broadband at 425Mbps download and 68Mbps Upload.

Other things to note
New Autumn 2025 - A new Hot Tub has been installed in the garden to rear of the property with views down the valley and over fields. Under a gazebo and totally private to this cottage
