Our nice and simple apartment of 72 m2 is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Denia, about 20 minutes drive from the town center.

Close to the sea, several restaurants and 1 km from the supermarket, the location is amazing: less than 50 meters away there is Playa Les Deveses, a small, quiet and uncrowded beach.

For 4 adults and 1 kid, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

The space
In a building without a lift, the flat is on the third floor so you will have to climb stairs.

As you can see in the photos, the house consists of:
- an open space including a living - dining area with sofa and TV and the separate equipped kitchen
- the sleeping area is organised as follows:
* 2 bedrooms, both with 1 double bed (150x180)
* 1 bedroom with 1 child's bed (70x160)
- 1 bathroom
- A furnished terrace

Thanks to the large windows overlooking a magnificent sea view, the flat offers natural light, making it very bright. You will also love the furnished terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor meal or the cool of the evening.
As the flat is located in an area full of restaurants and bars, it can be noisy.

It is a warm and cosy space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.
