Our apartment is located in the center of Manhattan Midtown near Herald Square at the corner of 31st street & Broadway. Walking distance to everything, major subway lines & Penn Stations just steps away. Fully furnished apartment with your own Kitchen/Bathroom with 24-hour doorman/elevator/laundry room. We are located inside the beautiful historic national landmark building designed by Architect Henry Engelbert in the Second Empire style!

Booking window ends midnight each day, and check-in window by 2AM (Late check-in after 2AM is available upon request. )

ADDITIONAL COMMUNAL BATHROOM/SHOWER
If you are traveling with a group of family members or friends and need extra bathroom, there is a communal bathroom with a shower on each floor of our building so feel free to use.

Other things to note
- Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC.
- This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868!
- Guests are required to show a photo ID for identification upon arrival and receive one-page standard rental agreement, which must be signed prior to check-in.
- Early check-in may be allowed upon request, depending on availability; however, as a courtesy we often allow for guests to leave luggage in the suite during cleaning hours at no cost.
- Sleeps max 4 guests but ideally 2-3 guests will feel most comfortable.
- This unit is called “The Cave” Suite and is aptly named because of the generous amount of shade it gets. If you like to sleep without being bothered by city lights or noise day or night, this is an ideal suite.
- We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked.
