About this listing

Explore all Prague attractions on foot! Impeccable high spec flat in an Art Nouveau building, quiet and light, ideally located moments from Old Town Square, Parizska Street, Old Jewish Cemetery. Accommodates 4: dbl bedroom and a sofa bed.

The space

I love the delight on my guests' faces when they discover that the UNESCO heritage historical centre of Prague is at their doorstep but the apartment - in a period building which was home to many famous residents throughout the centuries - offers a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medieval centre.

Newly refurbished airy apartment with high ceilings that tastefully marries the existing Art Nouveau features with high end modern specs and designer furnishings. One double bedroom (can be arranged with double duvet or twin bed covers) and a comfortable fold out sofa bed that sleeps additional 2 in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, wooden flooring throughout. Free toiletries and good strong tea (PG tips!) and coffee at your disposal. Free high speed wifi throughout the flat. Baby cot available on request. It is a pet-free, no smoking flat with a professional cleaner.

Guest access

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note

There is a lot of great restaurants (incl. kosher) and brunch places in the neighbourhood (please see the detailed sheet with my tips that I left in the apartment!), Rudolfinum concert hall 2 min walk, Parizska shopping street around the corner and the atmospheric Old Jewish Quarter at your doorstep.

It was great staying at Eva's apartment. Great communication throughout the whole trip. Location is amazing and the place is perfect for 2-3 people. There's bunch of good restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. I had a great stay. Thank you

Excellent flat for a couple. Fulfilled our needs totally. Description was accurate, and location is excellent. Five minutes fron the town hall! Toilet, bathroom, towels and bedlines clean. Ewa's mom was super sweet and helpful. There is a great bakery 200 m away, Great Czech restaurant, same distance Excellent drinks, check Great Prague experience!

Staying at Eva's place added up significantly to our overall experience of exploring Prague!) The place is probably the best of all Airbnb accommodations we've ever stayed at. Flat interior is super nice, cozy and it feels like home. You can find here everything you need from carefully gathered by Eva directions, map and tips that help you getting to evety major and minor sightseen to schampoo and towels. Everything is very modern and clean. Location is simply fantastic - everything is accessible by foot, one of the best pubs and restaurants can be found right on the street of that place. You should really try out traditional Izraeli breakfast at Dinitz, the kosher restaurant right next the building entrance. Eva is very caring and helpful host! Definitely will stay here again when next time in Prague!)

I would absolutely recommend Eva's apartment - for two main reasons: 1. The location could not be better. It is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, yet with really nice places to eat or get a drink just around the corner (literally speaking), and with the main tourist attractions such as the Old Town Square in short walking distanse (but still located away from the massive numbers of tourists on walking tours ). 2. Eva's mom Hana helped us out during our stay. She was the nicest person we met in Prague (and her english is way better than she gives her self credit for). She even checked us out early on a Saturday morning and helped us order a taxi to the airport. The apartment is modest, but nice and clean. Communication with Eva and her mother was problem free. Over all a very good AirBnb experience!

Eva's flat was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Prague. Close to all the sights of the old town and nice restaurants/cafes, but on a peaceful street. The flat itself is clean, cute and cozy. Though we didn't get to meet, Eva was great with communication and her mother who greeted us with the keys and info was very helpful and sweet. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Eva's apartment was absolutely ideal for what we required. The best thing about it, in our eyes, is it's location - only a few minute walk to the old town square, which was perfect! The apartment has a small balcony which is ideal for two to have breakfast or a drink on. It was very comfy and spacious with everything you'd need for a stay for two people. The only thing I would say, which wasn't a problem for us, but having an elevator / lift on the listing is true but it's completely redundant to Eva's apartment. The apartment is on floor two and the lift starts in-between floors at level 1.5. So you have to take to short flights of stairs to the lift, but there's no point taking it as you'd then be half a floor above the apartment. So there are 3 short flights of stairs to take to get to the apartment door. If you definitely require a lift without having to take any flights of stairs - this isn't the place for you. Eva was a pleasure to deal with prior to our stay as was very helpful and responsive and there were lots of information for tourists in the apartment. We didn't actually meet Eva but her mum, Hana, was there to welcome us and also came to see us off - and she was lovely and very helpful. I'd recommend Eva's apartment to anyone visiting Prague as the location is excellent.
