A very quiet, peaceful, daytime retreat followed by a blanket of stars. One bedroom sleeps two comfortably while the large living area can sleep two. There's a kitchen, dining area and evaporative cooler. I have a two night minimum.

Michael's property in 29 Palms is a true desert hideaway, a rustic gem in the wilderness that we loved. Saw one of the most spectacular sunsets and enjoyed the landscape from this lovely cottage.

A real deal desert artists retreat with great views and more remote than many locations in Joshua Tree. It's cool.

Wonderful funky digs with all amenities covered out in remote but not too far desert deserted homestead. I would stay there again. Felt like home.

Amazing desert getaway, short drives to (grocery) shopping and Joshua Tree national park. We especially liked the rugged look of the place, the stylish bathroom/bathtub and having breakfast at the table outside in the rising sun.
