This unique one bedroom, 5 star apartment is located just 5 minutes from the sea front, 2 minutes from the main line railway station and surrounded by independently operated cafes, bars, restaurants and antique shops.

The space
No83 offers a large lounge area with fully equipped kitchen separated by a breakfast bar to the side. The Lounge is bright and airy with views across London Road via beautiful arched windows to a former church soon to be an arts centre.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Induction Hob and Microwave to cook. A dishwasher and washing machine for cleaning and all the essentials you require for self catering or enjoying a takeaway at home.
The Bathroom has a bath and shower.
The Bedroom has a luxury double bed with high quality memory foam mattress, plenty of storage and hanging space, a huge mirror, iron and hairdryer. The large window offers sweeping views high over the rooftops to the sea.

No83 is located in the heart of St Leonards on Sea.
Exit the building and turn right to access the station 250m away. Turn right and you can see the sea 750m away, as you head downhill towards the huge pebble beach (Rocks and sand at low tide) you pass many independently owned and unique shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants. There is even a very green refill your own containers store and a cinema.
There is an exceptional Bakers and a Greengrocers just down from No83 as well as several late night convivence stores and generic supermarkets .
Public transport to Hastings and the old town can be found on the sea front or its a 1/2 hour stroll passing the White Rock Theatre and the award winning Pier.
Try Kassa Coffee on the sea front and Sea Kale on London Road. For a proper pint of Harveys we recommend the Horse and Groom.
