It has very good communication with the city's subways, the closest stop is just 30 meters away on foot, and you can get to Plaza Cataluyna, Passeig de Gracia or the Rambla in just 5 minutes.
This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single). one bathroom with everything you need; A kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy during your stay. Also, it has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning watching the sunrise and overlooking the Olympic Port, Tibidabo, Montjuic and many other wonders.

Stay Unique is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method.

Also,please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method. We also give you the option to purchase a €25 Damage Waiver non-refundable fee in relation to your booking that covers the cost of making good any unintentional loss or damage to the selected property up to the stated amount. Criminal, malicious or wilful damage, and damage caused by pets, will not be covered by the Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
