Located in the heart of the City of Printemps, our studio is equidistant from the Croix des Marins Pier, a lovely little pier with an intimate beach of fine sand, and from the Notre Dame d'Arcachon Basilica, facing the Pereire Beach and its magnificent Croisette of more than 3 km, which will delight pedestrians, cyclists and joggers. The picnic on the lawn is authorized there, offering a respite to the beach attendants.
In the immediate vicinity: a mini-market, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, a laundry.

During your stay

On your arrival, we will be present: contact remains essential (and this is the basic philosophy of Airbnb), it is not a simple box secured with keys! Ditto for your departure. You will find 2 small bottles of fresh mineral water and extra Nespresso capsules to start your stay off right.
Arrival time with some flexibility if you let us know in advance. We speak English and (a little) Spanish.
At your disposal: notice with useful and emergency numbers, and a pocket including maps and all brochures to discover Arcachon, La Teste de Buch, the Pyla, Cazaux and the setting of the Bassin at your own pace (ornithological park, Île aux Birds, cabins tchanquées, ...).
If necessary, we live in La Teste de Buch, 5km from the studio.
