My heart is in this home and I’m devoted to your best experience. My town is frequently ranked one of the top hidden destinations in the world. Luquillo?! Lucky you.
I am a school teacher in the states who bought this little paradise on the 16th floor of this beachfront property in honor of my son who I lost in a car accident when returning home from our first trip to Luquillo. I want you to know life is beautiful and we must truly cherish today.
I take your comfort personally and love to leave the thoughtful touches that will help you feel joy, youth, and lovely laziness. Share my home with me for years to come.
Yes! We have snorkelspots from beach points just two blocks from my condo! Snorkel sets provided. Protected beach (13,000 acres) directly next to us!
Leatherback sea turtles nest on our beach, tree frogs (coqui) lullaby at night. Roosters greet the day. The only rainforest on the entire continent is 5 minutes away. With only 5 biobays in the entire world, 3 are in Puerto Rico and one is only 6 miles away.
You’ll see a lighthouse from my balcony at night at the farthest point... Explorers maps listed it as the third point of the Bermuda Triangle. We are 5 minutes from the ferries to Culebra and Vieques and 10 minutes from the airport that flies there as well.
We have daytrips to hidden waterfalls you can enjoy as waterslides into fresh water pools hidden in the rainforest, high thread count sheets, Turkish cotton beach towels. snorkel gear, binoculars, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, bath towels...
I go with my family, my children, my friends, and I created a home I would want to stay at. Clean, fresh, hotel like with the absence of the owners things, worn furniture or prior guests items in cupboards... it’s your home for your stay and forever.
We ll leave amenities, soap, shampoo, toiletries you may have forgotten, coffee, and help you celebrate and personalize your stay with you.
Waterfalls, fresh rivers, artists, locals, all meet at this corner of chillin and paradise. It is better than pictures. You will know immediately when you open my door... THIS is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Yep, the minute you see the view.
This is a 1 bedroom,800 square ft condo with full kitchen, bath, full bedroom with queen bed and AC.
There is a comfortable mini couch/big chair with twin sized pullout bed in the main room with slide out comfort- no back rods or pull outs. We also have a futon that you can lift and extend into a full sized bed. Comfortable new, luxury sheets, linens, pillows, and mattress toppers.
When you prop open the from door, there is a beautiful cross breeze from the rainforest to the ocean We are directly next to miles of private, undeveloped beach. Overlooking, slow, Waikiki style waves- the only surf for miles around... or snorkel right from the beach at the point one block down.
. There is beach access down the back property stairs on Saturday and Sunday from 9-6 pm.
Open the condo door and listen to the roosters crow from the hallway windows as you watch the bustling village below and the clouds gather over El Yunque, the ONLY rainforest in North America and right in our backyard. Each evening, sit in peace and breeze on the balcony as you listen to the lullaby of the coquis (tree frogs) chirping below.

Your balcony overlooks the best surf on the coast, La Pared. A soft, slow rolling, sandy bottomed fun surf. Why not learn to surf? Really. Why not?! This is a great place to learn! I can offer the LOWEST prices on surf lessons through East Island Surf, personal friends of mine who will meet you directly on the sand and guarantee that you stand. Make memories!
.
To the right of the beach below, you will gaze on MILES of protected, undeveloped beach where leatherback sea turtles come to lay their eggs.
As you gaze to the left of the beach from the balcony you'll see plenty of activity, surfers, and beachgoers. Your eyes will drift to the end of the sidewalk- the point, La Punta. Here you can snorkel directly from the beach to discover beautiful fish enjoying the coral beds. The coral beds make the waters here calm and a great place to set up camp for the day. Pack the cooler from the closet, throw the snorkel gear, hammock, and towels in the trunk and park directly next to the point.
