Nice and cosy room in a co-shared apartment close to the new Vienna Central Station. The room is different now, but the flat is the same ;-) One of my (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) will get in touch with you, as I'm currently working in Germany. Best wishes, Tom
Hi, this is my room in our sunny and cosy shared appartment in Vienna. The bed is big enough for two and you sleep directly under the Vienna sky. Our sunny appartement is located on the top floor in an classic "Gründerzeithaus". You can use also my office space which is directly in front of my room with desk and chair. Their you can store your luggage and write an E-mail home or chat with friends. W-Lan is of course available in the flat, as well as a fully equipped kitchen a washing machine and so forth. Use whatever you need! The living room offers nice sofas to hang out and chill after a busy day!
The appartement is very close to the new Vienna central train station, which is currently under construction. What is already there is Belvedere castle with its famous Austrian gallery with lots of Klimt paintings, also the "21er Haus" a museum for contemporary art. If you take a 15 min. walk down Argentinierstraße you arrive at Karlsplatz and the Ring and you are actually in the city centre. Hope to see you soon!
Interaction with guests
I'm currently living in Germany, so you won't see much of me, but I have great flat mates: Ilina an architecture major from Macedonia and Roland an philosopher/author from Austria. Our co-shared appartement is an open-minded and internationally driven space to live ;-)
Rules, well?! Respect is the ground rule. The room is in a shared appartement of three, we need to be respectful with each other to make this living-together work. So if someone has an early day, we cannot party until the morning in the living room, unless the guy with the early morning partys with us ;o). That's just an example, but it shows how we understand our living together, and we appreciate, if our guest follow this behavior. Unless feel at home and take it easy.
WINDOWS: As we live under the roof, we only have roof-windows, so please, always when you leave the flat, check that all windows are closed. Rain comes from above! and through our windows very easily into our flat ;o)! Believe me, we have tried this …
I do not charge a deposit, but if you lose the keys, I have to charge 35,- Euros each to get a new set.
