Harris Guest House, on the campus of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, and the perfect home base for guests looking to enjoy all that the region has to offer. The home has 4 spacious suites with private baths, and shared living room & kitchen with coffee and tea provided.
Each room is equipped with TV, small refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, linens, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The space
The home is comfortable, refined, clean and uncluttered. Suite 1 has lake views, is on the first floor, and has a large private sitting room, with sleeper sofa, armchair, writing desk, and comfortable queen-sized bed. The en - suite bathroom has a walk – in shower with bars and fold - down seat. This room is ADA accessible.
The house's shared living room has plentiful seating with 2 sofas and a chair. The spacious shared kitchen is BRAND NEW with brand new stainless steel appliances, fully stocked and ready for cooking. Dining table seats 8 with 4 bar stools at the island. Plenty of room for everyone!

Located across the road from Seneca Lake, with majestic lake views. Just 1.5 miles from the Finger Lakes Visitor Center and lively downtown Geneva. We are just 3 miles from Seneca Lake State Park, with walking trails, swimming beach, playground, spray park, and picnic areas. Geneva marks the top of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and is a short drive to Cayuga Lake, Keuka Lake, and Canandaigua Lake. Many great hiking and biking trails are nearby, as well as other local Wine and Beer Trails. The Finger Lakes is a year-round destination, and the Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is just 31 miles from the home. In addition, it is about an hour’s drive to Rochester, Syracuse, and Ithaca, and about 40 minutes to beautiful Watkins Glen.
