We have a small double room on the 1st floor at our house in Bradford-on-Avon. You are welcome to use the kitchen at any time but this is a family home, so it may not always be tidy.

There is a bathroom next to your room and a separate shower room, downstairs. Both are shared with other people in the house.

We are a five minute walk from the station or room to park one car in front of the house. Easy access to Bath by train.

The space
An affordable space 5 mins walk from the centre of Bradford-on-Avon and the train station, so easy access to Bath.

Guest access
One double room on the first floor in the house. There is a parking space outside the front of the house. You are welcome to use the kitchen whenever you like but we can't promise it will be spotless as it is used by the family. If there is space in the fridge you are welcome to store food. We have outdoor seating which you are welcome to use.

During your stay
We are usually quite busy so may not be around much but happy to talk about the area and what you can see and do.

Other things to note
We have two dogs, a cat and two guinea pigs so if you are allergic to animals, this is not a good place for you. The dogs and cat are also quite inquisitive and may want to come and visit you, so keep the door closed if that doesn't appeal.
