The space
2 bedroom one bath. The rooms are beautifully remodeled and the kitchen is fully equipped with great cookware and utensils. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. And a stylized decorative fireplace w candles. The oversized tub is great place to relax. Sweet dedicated office space. Private gated patio that has a table and chairs for an additional dining space. It is also shaded by a tree and bush for added privacy. There are plenty of great hiking spots and quick access to the mountains.

Other things to note
This property does NOT allow parties or smoking. Absolutely NO smoking on the patio as well. Smoking is allowed at least 50 feet from the buildings. The neighbors above will have their rooms filled with smoke and they will complain. Thus risking my property as a rental.
