This apartment is in a remodeled historic Denver 1890s building perfectly placed between Denver’s most famous parks (Cheesman Park and City Park). One block to top restaurants, breweries, parks, gyms, and all Denver has to offer. Close proximity to downtown- either a 5-minute car ride or a 10-minute bike ride on the 16th Street bike lane.

The space
The space is much larger than pictured (as per reviews that guests leave me). This unique building was built in the 1890s and recently remodeled. High ceilings, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, and multiple office spaces for remote workers. This location is very central to Denver while maintaining a neighborhood feel. You will not be directly downtown but within close proximity (5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk). The property is very close to some of Denver's best restaurants, bars, breweries, and entertainment.
