Luxurious modern basement suite with private entrance. Smart tv with guest accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Prime, and Youtube as well as Super Nintendo, Wii, and NES. We have a large office space, renovated modern bathroom, large closet, hangers, and a Keurig with complimentary pods for a warm beverage at your convenience. Enjoy a cozy bedroom with memory foam topper & complementary toiletries. Your stay will be located in a quiet neighborhood close to 3 different parks, and 2 mins from downtown.

The space
This lower-level suite has been completely redone and furnished for your convenience when traveling. We are just minutes away from downtown where they host weekly Market Square and many other unique local shops and restaurants. There are three parks nearby with an incredible amount of space to run, play, go for a walk and/or exercise (including a water spray park). A local grocery/gift wear/pharmacy is a short walk from the house going East. As for appliances, our space includes a small fridge, freezer, microwave, large air fryer, kettle, Keurig, and an assortment of pods for your convenience. Almost anything can be cooked in our large air fryer, which includes a rotisserie to cook a whole chicken if you want to! For an added touch, we also provide menus from an assortment of local eats from our Swift Current “favorites” to dine-in or deliver. We are available at any time to arrange anything possible to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

This Airbnb is perfect for those traveling because of it’s location. We are situated right off the highway #1, but a few blocks away with absolutely no noise. There are parks all around us in every direction (including an outdoor water spray park for kids). We are located 3 minutes from downtown with local shops and eateries and have convenient access to both service roads with many chain restaurants, both local malls, Walmart, Canadian Tire, and Wholesale Club. You’ll love staying here and being able to zip around and explore the city.
