This area is easy to get around.

This modern comfortable beach home is a short stroll to the beautiful Lancelin bay, Wangaree park, shops, bakery and Tavern. It sleeps 12 people with all 3 bed rooms containing a Queen bed and double bunk. Other features include NBN Wi-Fi connectivity, smart TV, fully ducted RCAC and a well-appointed kitchen, with filtered boiling and ambient water on tap, gas bbq and generous outdoor entertainment and grass areas.

The space
Open plan living, dining and kitchen. Large veranda covered outdoor area and a BBQ for those hot Aussie nights. A hot water, outdoor shower for a wash after a day at the beach or on the sand dunes. All cooking facilities available. Linen and bath towels provided. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use."

Guest access
Most attractions are accessible on foot if your happy with a short walk.

Other things to note
1) If using the alfresco blinds during your stay, please leave them secured in the retracted position.
2) If using the Gas BBQ, exercise the appropriate caution, leave the bottle turned off after use and the BBQ clean. (there is a extra bottle available on request should the gas run low)
3) The boat shed will be locked and is off limits to guests.
