Welcome to Sunnyside! Recently painted and designed 3 Queen bedroom and 2 bath home is sure to be a bright and cozy space for your family and friends to enjoy.

The cooler season is a perfect opportunity to put on one of our 2 fireplace's and cook a meal inside or fire up the BBQ! Or stargaze from our hot tub!

Enjoy your evening by listening to the record player, watching a movie on one of our 2 TV's, or challenge yourselves with foosball or ping pong in the gaming garage!

The space
We have 1 Queen bedroom on the main level along with a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living area with a flat screen TV and Apple Box.
The upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms (one containing a flatscreen TV and Apple Box) along with a full bathroom.

The backyard area contains a gazebo with seating, a firepit, volleyball net, hot tub,and our garage which has been turned into a recreational room complete with foosball, ping pong, and giant Jenga.

Pets are welcomed! Please clean up after them and note that they are not allowed on the living room leather sofas/ beds.

Laundry is available in the front mudroom.

Our property is located just across from West Lake and minutes away from Sandbank Dunes/Provincial Park. Some nearby eats and attractions include: Sand and Pearl Oyster Bar, Restaurant on the Knoll, Westlake Willy Waterpark, and Westlake Wakeboard School.

We are an 8 minute drive to downtown Bloomfield and around 15 minutes to downtown Picton.
