I was born to Goan parents across the Indian Ocean at Dar es Salaam. My Father served in the British-controlled police in Tanzania. We returned to Goa in 1968 to our ancestral house in Palolem, located just 2 kms away from this property. I spent my early childhood as a five year old here, but then we moved around India. I kept coming back for my summer vacations in the late swinging 60s and 70s when Anjuna became a big draw but Palolem its quieter and more beautiful southern cousin. I learnt swimming in these seas and hopped from one beach to another on a fishing boat. After a long career in media, am now a consultant based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My elderly parents live in Margao, 40 kms away and they are the main reason for my frequent Goa visits. These properties were bought because as a Piscean, the reasonably big swimming pool was love at first sight. The location was fantastic. A gated community along the Canacona bypass, next to a beach and a 9-hole golf course! We are now providing Clean, Affordable and Comfortable stay 365 days even as scores of shacks close down for 4 months during rains. There is something magical about this tiny nook nestled between the green Western Ghats and the blue Arabian Sea. And only the Golden Sands and rocky mountains in between. Experience it!
