(This is a studio/condo, the bedroom is not in a separate room).
We are located on the 11th fl.. It is on the PERFECT level to keep you away from noise below and to enjoy that cruise ship view!
MINIMUM AGE 23+ We rent to MATURE, RESPECTFUL GUEST ONLY. (You will be billed for any damages or missing items, so please be respectful to all of our furnishings and linens etc). We rent only to those that will take care and respect our property. Age will be verified after booking with copy of license on request.

NO PETS.
NO SMOKING-INCLUDING BALCONY. Seawatch is a smoke free resort.
NO Daily Housekeeping as you are renting through Air BnB.
Starter supply of paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels), dish detergent, hand soap, coffee pods. If there for more than a day or so you may need to refresh with your own supply. We do have a Walmart and Dollar Store less than a mile away from condo, actually right on your way!
This is NOT YOUR TYPICAL STUDIO!!! You will have a real bed, (Queen) to look out at the ocean, beautiful full size kitchen, and a totally remodeled bath!

You must see and stay at "SEA la VIE". Our beautiful studio is located on the 11th floor. We are located just south end of North Myrtle. (Between North Myrtle and Myrtle).
Not only will you have the amazing views from this 11th floor studio while relaxing from your bed, no need to even move your head from the pillow. But you will also have a BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN CONDO to enjoy as well.
"SEA la VIE" has been totally remodeled from the ceiling to the floors. New Kitchen,AMAZING New Bath, with TILE SHOWER, New Flooring! Simply AMAZING. Large studio which is much larger than most ocean front studio's. Immaculately CLEAN! Full kitchen with full size appliances. (If you dirty oven you are expected to clean it). No broiling.
No washer and dryer is located in actual unit., but then again, who wants to do laundry on vacation! Simply download SUDSHARE APP, and they will pick up your dirty laundry and deliver it back to you the next day, all washed, dried and folded. Free pick up and Delivery.
Coin operated washer and dryer are also available on lobby floor.
Table top Ironing Board , Iron and Steamer located in condo.

Our condo is owned, managed and maintained by the owner. We maintain a non allergic environment for out guests so absolutely no pets allowed.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND.
NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON BALCONY OF ANY TYPE. (Resort is Non Smoking)

Resort offers many activities and all guests are welcome to join in. Water Exercise, Poolside Bingo, Trivia, Arts-Crafts, Pier Fishing!!
**In the Off Season, as with all resorts is when renovations and maintenance projects are performed. Prices are at reduced rate to reflect the possibility of inconveniences. Owner has no control over this. No refunds will be given due to noise or inconvenience. Please inquire prior to booking if owner has any knowledge of such projects.
Certain Amenities, Pool Areas, etc could be closed due to season, maintenance etc. Owner has no control and no refunds will be given.
