This spacious, bright and remodeled 1bd 1ba condo in the Sunrise complex sleeps 4 and is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. Enjoy coffee on the private patio with peek-a-boo views of the Sherwin's and relax in the seasonal pool and/or hot tub before chilling on the couch next to the fireplace. There is plenty of parking for trailers and storage for your gear whether you are visiting for skiing, biking, fishing, hiking, golfing or boating.

The space
This smartly furnished condo is equipped with a full modern kitchen including stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and French press, crockpot and electric kettle.

Other features of the condo include a remodeled shower, large master bedroom with queen size bed and walk in closet; large living area with a queen high-end sleeper sofa (no uncomfortable springs!), as well as a stowaway cot and new pellet stove. Check out the cozy reading corner just under the corner window for relaxing and escaping!

The unit boasts lots of windows with new shades to allow a lot or a little light in, a small work desk, WiFi and Smart TV to stream all your favorite shows. There is a private patio with an outdoor mat and chairs.

The complex offers a seasonal pool, spa and shared grill area.

There is also lockable outdoor storage for skis/boards, bikes, or fishing poles and the parking lot is large with enough room for trailers. There are two parking spots available for the unit.

We do not allow pets or animals at our condo. The owners have allergies. Thank you for understanding.

Beautiful, peaceful location in the uncrowded part of Mammoth on the edge of the meadow with easy access (no driving necessary) to Mammoth Creek Park, the town loop bike/walking trail, hiking in the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve and fishing in Mammoth Creek. The unit is a block away from the Red Line/Town Trolley stop #4 that will transport you to Vons, the Village, or up to the mountain for easy access to skiing.
