Our home is also steps away from the newly completed shopping centre, community centre with a library and private meeting rooms available, as well as the eateries & funky retail stores along the footbridge boulevard & Burroway Road.

The space
The property features the following:

- The extended outdoor balcony area provides you a wide angle of the garden and it is ideal for nice morning breakfast and coffee with the view :)

- There is 1 allocated underground car spot and plenty of free street parking

- Bedrooms, The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bright and spacious bedrooms, each contain one queen size bed respectively and built-in wardrobe. The master room also comes with an en-suite and a home office desk.

- Lounge & dining room, a styling dining table which fits up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a modern sofa. For those working from home, there is a work desk setup in the lounge room.

- Kitchen, The kitchen is equipped for your stay with a dish washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, rice cooker and assorted utensils including pots and frying pans.

- Bathrooms, there are 2 bathrooms. Shampoo, shower gel and freshly laundered towels are provided on your first arrival.

The apartment also contains one built-in laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Laundry powder are provided on your first arrival.

Other things to note
This place is strictly NO smoking NO vaping with the building manager on-site patrolling constantly! Guests will be evicted immediately if caught smoking in the apartment, NO smoking on the balcony either!

In the case of lost or urgent Key Delivery will attract a cost for each set of keys, which is the replacement cost.
