Rare furnished mid (and now offering SHORT)term rental for folks between houses, traveling nurses, corporate etc. Triple Blackman School district, 1 minute to 840 off Veterans w/o Hwy 96 traffic. Walk to Kroger, quiet, etablished, small cul-de-sac, friendly neighborhood with no cut through traffic.
3 BR/2BA (All down) with 4th BR/Bonus up. Fast internet, large TV's moden furnishings. Small fenced backyard for kids safety, and 2 car garage for storing moving boxes!

The space
Vaulted LR with fireplace, with adjoining dining and kitchen pass through. Separate breakfast dining overlooking backyard. Covered front and back porches, with upstairs bonus for separate quarters of your choosing. 4 car parking, great walking neighborhood, can even walk to grocery. Extremely convenient to 840/24, 30 minutes to Franklin o Nashville. TRIPLE BLACKMAN SCHOOL DISTRICT, and 10 minutes to heart of Murfreesboro, golf, hospitals, restaurants etc. Neighborhood bordered by creek and green area so very quiet. Store your boxes/furniture in 2 car garage, or upstairs bonus to avoid $300 a month for storage units.
Unloading help/crew available for hire if not using a mover.
We can also accommodate other requests. No smoking/no pets out of respect for next guests and allergies. Location, Location, Location.

• Due to neighborhood covenants, local law enforcement, and insurance regulations, we require all renters to acknowledge the house rules below prior to occupancy. Any exceptions/adjustments to the below must be discussed and cleared with the owners prior to arrival. We are happy to discuss if there are any issues or concerns. Failure to comply with these house rules can and will likely result in early eviction of the property, without refund and/or forfeiture of damage deposit. We are here to serve you any way we can to make your stay as perfect as possible, and truly hope that you enjoy your stay at our home as much as we do! We just ask that the rules are followed out of respect to our home and neighbors and are driven by a recent real-life incident necessitating implementation of these rules.
• 8 Person Maximum Overnight Occupancy (9 PM to 10 AM), and no more than 4 daytime visitors on any given day for total of 12 people.
• NO PARTIES of any sort, weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, dances, balls, galas, soirees, house parties, bashes, festivals, jamborees, raves, or other similar functions strictly prohibited.
• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC This is an extremely peaceful and quiet neighborhood and
sound carries easily between neighbors. Please either enjoy the peaceful nature sounds free of traffic, enjoy music indoors, or use headphones
• NO PETS Full $500 damage deposit forfeiture for violation of this policy due to extra cleaning required for hair/dander removal for allergy sensitivities.
• 3 Vehicle limit on property. 2 Garage/2 Driveway, No Street Parking or Trailers
• Front of home is monitored by RING security services, as well as neighborhood watch. Violation of above rules can result in immediate eviction by local law enforcements without warning and without refund.
