Seatown Cottage is a traditional fisherman’s cottage built around 1850 sleeping 4. Accommodation includes two good sized bedrooms, open plan dining, lounge and kitchen, with a separate tv room and a beach front patio area. There is a downstairs toilet as well as the upstairs bathroom.

Just a quiet road separates Seatown Cottage from the river Lossie and the bridge across to the fabulous East Beach. The cottage provides bright and airy, family friendly accommodation set in a stunning location. (Your 4 legged friend is welcome too!) A fast broadband service means you can stay in contact if you want to and there is off road parking in front of the door.

The space
Seatown Cottage is a real "home from home". It is cosy and comfortable and equipped with all the accessories we would want, were we on holiday here!

Guest access
Guests can use the whole house, as well as the garden shed should they wish to store bikes or surf boards etc.

Other things to note
The bridge to the East Beach is unfortunately closed for safety reasons, probably until the end of 2021!
However the lovely West Beach is only about 1 mile away, and it's an easy drive to other lovely beaches at Hopeman, Burghead and Findhorn, to name but a few!

Location

Moray, Scotland, United Kingdom

Lossie is known as 'the jewel of the Moray Firth'. There is plenty to do here, whether you are looking for a surfing or SUP lesson, long walks, a plethora of malt whisky distilleries (Moray has the highest concentration of distilleries in the world!), castles (both ruined and lived in), a wide choice of golf courses, the chance to see the northern lights during those long winter evenings or maybe a bottlenose dolphin tor two!

Mother to teenage twins, wife to joiner Colin, private taxi driver, a bit of a fitness fanatic, addicted to coastal rowing, (when the North Sea allows!). Love walking my 2 black labradors Monty and Sully on Sandend beach and the stunning coastline beyond. Owner of 4 fisherman's cottages by the sea on the Moray Firth, spread between Lossiemouth, Sandend and Portsoy.
