Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Three Ocean Side Decks; Two Masters; Awesome Kitchen (granite & stainless); with Open Floor Plan; Elevator; Outside shower. Great panoramic ocean views. This is our private home, not simply a rental property. We are across from the beach, with an unobstructed view and easy access. Beautiful sandy beaches. Entire house is available from June to August. Please see floor plan. The lower level (3 bdrms) rent during the rest of the year, please see separate listing. Saturday to Saturday.

The space
The eight windows and slider in our Great Room give a panoramic view of the ocean. There are plenty of chairs on the ocean front decks. There are TV's and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. We have Internet but we do not have cable TV or local stations. Only the upstairs master TV has local stations.

Neighbourhood highlights

There is a nice playground RIGHT next to our house. There is an arcade of some sort to the north of us, and a small roller skating ring to the south. There is a large Turtle Rescue place that you can get up close to the large turtles, (just off the island). You can go on a boat tour or rent boats, there's a place near the bridge. You can also rent jet skis and go on fishing trips. We see a guy giving Surf Lessons on our beach during the summer. There is a cool battleship in Wilmington (almost an hour south) that is well worth going to see. You can also rent surf boards; boogie boards; and skim boards and bikes.

Tom and I are empty nester's. We moved to Topsail four years ago, after vacationing here for twenty years. My husband loves to fish. I work part time. We love this amazing house! The views and the neighbors are wonderful.
