This charming garage apartment is located in the prestigious Heathwood neighborhood downtown. The neighborhood blends quiet serenity with convenient city location. Heathwood is minutes from the University of South Carolina campus, William-Brice Stadium, Colonial Life Arena, South Carolina State House, and Fort Jackson. The area is home to local parks, shopping and entertainment. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and retail. It is located near I-20, I-26 and I-77.

The space
Heathwood Park with tennis courts, basketball and greenspace is located nearby. Walkers, runners & bikers will love the scenic views & atmosphere of the area.

Guest access
Guests can use anything in the apartment. Kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, keurig, cookware, dishes, glassware, and silverware. Bathroom comes with full toiletries and hairdryer. Bedroom closet includes iron and ironing board. Washer and dryer available for use on first floor garage area. Guests are welcome to use it as much as needed. Guests will also have access to the backyard. Garage apartment is located behind gates. Guests will be able to park their vehicles adjacent to the apartment.

Other things to note
While Casa Abelia does not have cable, the two TVs are equipped with Roku for you to stream shows from your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or other media accounts. Please note that the property is suitable for children 13 and over.
