In Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier 1350, the largest unconnected ski area in France with 250 km of slopes and 35 km of Nordic skiing), in a traditional quiet chalet we offer a bright and comfortable newly renovated apartment. Parking, private entrance and large balcony with stunning views of the mythical Luc Alphand Olympic Trail!
The space
This bright, comfortable and brand new 45 m2 accommodation is located just above the driveway of Boutiques and 350 m from the departure of the ski lifts in a lively and family resort. It is located at street level with a private parking space (# 101) right outside the door. We have a partnership with a ski rental company who offers discounts on ski rentals and allows you to drop off skis and boots at the locker at the foot of the slopes.
You enter through a wooden veranda in which you can store anoraks, skis, boots, food ... and which in winter, is a rampart against the cold
Then you access the bright living room thanks to a large bay window that generously lets in the sun on sunny days (300 days/year!). On the balcony, a table for 6 people, 4 chairs and 2 relaxation chairs and outdoor lighting allow you to have your meals outside in the summer.
We have proceeded with a total refurbishment of the apartment: windows, floors, walls, branded kitchen, bathroom and toilet, heating, lighting, decor... everything has been reviewed and redesigned in order to make a space in which the living is good. The dressing of some larch walls (the iconic Serre Chevalier tree) contributes to the cozy and warm atmosphere.
The living room offers a sofa, a 32-inch TV, a modular table for 2 to 6 people and a beautiful fully equipped branded kitchen: 3 induction fireplace, rotating heat oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, raclette service and fondue service, pressure cooker, kettle. There are enough dishes and utensils to make it feel like home. The lighting consists of 10 modular spots to vary the atmosphere according to your moods. You have at your disposal board games and books on the area.
A corridor takes you to the sleeping area served by 4 doors:
- A bedroom with a 2-person Queen-size 160 x 200 bed, 23 cm thick mattress, a large wardrobe.
- One small bedroom with 3 custom beds 80 x 200, the same large closet wardrobe as in the parents' bedroom and 2 storage drawers under the double bed. 3 duvets 140 x 200. Each of the 3 beds has individual lighting and electrical outlet.
- Bathroom with bathtub equipped with shower column, sink built into custom furniture, toilet cabinet, blower towel dryer, hair dryer.
-1 separate WC
We provide flat fabric sheets for the queen bed and fabric duvet envelopes for single beds as well as 2 dish towels and a bath mat. However, please bring your towels and washcloths that we do not provide.
For your well-being and safety , we have implemented professional cleaning and disinfection before your arrival.
Other things to note
Instructions:
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., so it is forbidden to receive.
- Cleanliness is of course de rigueur! The mandatory cleaning service corresponds to normal dirt for a week's stay. At the time of your departure we ask you to leave the apartment in order, the dishes done, the garbage cans emptied and the linens we provided in the laundry bag.
- No smoking apartment, even open windows or on the balcony!
- No pets.
