LUXURY “FLAT,” GROUND FLOOR, PRIVATE POOL AND SEASIDE IN MURO ALTO, PORTO DE GALINHAS! Located in the most complete and spectacular residential area of Muro Alto and in front of the best stretch of the beach, the flat has integrated and direct access to the entire leisure area of Polynesia and has a private pool and balcony for an excellent family barbecue. The flat has just been renovated and is FULLY furnished and equipped. EVERYTHING IS NEW.

The space
The flat perfectly accommodates 8 people. In the first bedroom with an en-suite, we have a king-size double bed with a hotel-line mattress. In the other room, there are two excellent quality bunk beds. In the living room, there is a smart TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, electric oven and more. The flat also has a balcony with a private pool, which is the great distinguishing feature that sets it apart from the other apartments in the residential complex. A delight to have a barbecue and watch the children swimming alongside you. Springer air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and Wi-Fi in all spaces.

The condominium has a complete leisure area: adult and children's pools, playground, fitness center, tennis and multi-sport courts, toy library, jogging track and cinema! La Fleur Polynesia has a children's wooden park, a bar and a large body of water formed by several beautiful swimming pools, including water toys for children. The condominium is connected to a high-end luxury resort that offers a restaurant, bar, children's activities, fitness center and spa. All these Samoa Beach services can be contracted by the tenants of our flat directly at the hotel but are not included in the daily rate charged. The beach in front of the condominium is considered by many to be the best in Porto de Galinhas and Muro Alto.
