"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

The space
The Cart Lodge is bright, airy and modern. There is an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, separate double bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower and a bath. There is a flat screen Television in both the sitting room (50") and the bedroom (32"). In addition there are bi-fold doors leading to a private raised decking area with a table and chairs and views of the main garden.

Our new hot tub has now arrived and available for exclusive guest use. The Hot Tub is located next to the balcony in a secluded location.

Other things to note
The Cart Lodge now has Hot Tub by the Balcony for exclusive guest use. This facility was added in mid August 2024.

Around the property there are plenty of opportunities for country walks or cycling and guests are welcome to bring their bikes with them and a lockable bike storage area is available as well as electrical sockets to charge electric bikes. We are only 0.9Miles from the market town of Loddon. Loddon has just about everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a supermarket thats open until 10pm each day, shops, good pubs and many good takeaways. Variety of eating out venues not too far away.

We also have a 7KW charger for electric car charging available for guest use.
