AMAZING LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO BYU! This two-bedroom location is the perfect location for your visit to Provo, within walking distance of both BYU campus and downtown Provo. You will enjoy your own space in our duplex, with separate entrance and exit. Easy parking, fast WiFi, and incredible restaurants nearby. Great place to stay for game day, graduations, or other special events. We hope you enjoy your stay in our historic Provo home!

Other things to note
This home is controlled by radiator heating, which can fluctuate quite a bit. The thermostat is located on the other side of the property, so you will need to contact the property manager to make changes to the heating. Additionally, there is no central air conditioning - one of the bedrooms has an A/C window unit and there are several fans.
