This spacious and trendy apartment in located in the heart of the centrum of Rotterdam. The apartment is 95m2, on 1st floor. Building has elevator. With a very spacious balcony. Spacious living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom & kitchen.
Location:
10 minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station, 1 min walk from the stores surrounding the apartment, all you have to do is walk down. At the front door of the apartment building there is a tram station that takes you out side the city or to Central Station.
The space
This apartment is ideally available for young or elderly couples, or businesspeople who need to be close to everything that is happening in Rotterdam city centre. We have one bike that you as a guest can use for free.
The building is provided with 2 security entry doors, camera and elevator.
