Gorgeous CBD Apartment In The Heart Of Melbourne
This is a huge apartment and extremely light with full length windows looking on to the tree tops of beautiful Queen Street. Lovely vista. It's on the corner of the uber cool, cafe infested Flinders Lane and a short skip across the walk bridge to Southbank. A brilliant location.
The layout is fantastic with a queen sized bedroom opening on to an ensuite bathroom which has an additional door leading to the hallway and on to the main room. This means visitors don't have to traipse through your bedroom to get to the loo.
There is a separate living room, kitchen and reading room/study. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, large fridge and coffee grinder. There is also a laundry with washing machine, trough and drying rack.
The City of Melbourne provides free internet access within the CBD area plus there's wifi available in the ground floor cafe.
The apartment is walking distance to the Arts Centre, Southbank Casino area, Botanical Gardens, Yarra river and the two major train transport hubs of Melbourne. It's also a short scoot to the MCG and has a huge number of tram lines available within one-two blocks.
All linen, towels and products provided.
You get exclusive access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with Guests
Key collection is from a keysafe at a nearby boutique grocery store which is open until 9pm. If you arrive later than 9 we need to get our caretaker to meet you at the apartment to give you the keys. There is an extra charge for this depending on how late you are arriving - please let us know and we can clarify the fees.
This bit of the CBD is home to funky cafes, design shops and artisan outlets. Flinders Lane is also a fabulous small scale art gallery haunt and foodie haven.
Great transport links from the apartment - loads of trams down Collins, Elizabeth, Queen and Bourke Streets, and only one and a half blocks to Flinders Street and two blocks to Southern Cross train stations.
The apartment is offered for two guests only.
Under no circumstances are additional guests allowed on the property.
