New and modern two-bedroom loft in an urban style with an excellent location just five minutes from Parque de la 93 and Usaquén.
The apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, whether short or long. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has a laundry area. The apartment is located in one of the best residential neighborhoods in the city, close to restaurants, financial areas, fully equipped, BBQ area and fire pit

The space
This loft is ideal for people traveling with family or groups, as it has two bedrooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The main room is spacious and has a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a single bed, and if you need more space, you can also use the sofa bed for another guest.
The kitchen is fully stocked and also has a washing area, so you don't have to worry about not having a pot or your dirty clothes.
Finally, you can enjoy the building's common areas such as the terrace.

Guest access
My Airbnb guests have access to the entire building, as we own the property. I invite you to go to our terrace that has a grill area and fireplace (the rental of space for the barbecue has an additional cost, but you can make use of this common area whenever you want). We also have space for one car in the parking area.
