Ideal for NRIs, corporates and families: This 3bed, two bath, ac flat with balcony garden, is in a brand new building, which we own, with a lift. It offers the convenience of being close to shopping areas and restaurants in Fatehgunj and Sayajigunj, while being in a quiet residential area. LG appliances, fridge, microwave, tv and high speed wifi. Well equipped kitchen and ample closet space . Comfortable beds. Full bathrooms. Guests say our properties are better than US/UK/EU standards.

The space
We have big windows for light, and drapes for those who prefer less light. The common areas are cleaned daily.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning; bed sheets will be provided.

Parking is available in the building and in the street.

Comfortable couches to relax in the living area, with wifi and Tata Sky cable is there for your LG television.

Kitchen has a microwave, Arro for water, refrigerator and gas, with a basic set of utensils. LG appliances.

We are located within 1.5 km of the railway station, about half a kilometer from the bus station, and within 250m of Kamati gardens. MSU is right next door. Malls, restaurants, convenience stores are less than 5 minutes away.

We offer daily ironing and cleaning services (extra). Usually apartment is cleaned only on check in and check out; and once weekly.
