Paradiso is upmarket with many expats and celebrities residing in locality. It is serene, central, close to Khan Market, CP, Janpath, Sunder Nursery/Central park and various metro stations. The space
The studio apartment with sunshine & greenery around is ideal for 3-4 persons. We are housed inside the surreal locality Nizamuddin East that prides itself of having over 30 well groomed parks.
Our furnished service apartment on the Lower Ground Floor (studio 28) in the World Heritage locality in the centre of South Delhi, with Central Park at few steps walking and - three kilometers from Khan Market, walking distance to Nizamuddin Railway Station; offers a unique lush green view with huge trees engulfing the roads and has the biggest children's' park on the apartment's left side with swings and the Khan-e-khanan Tomb (a medieval architectural marvel) a few meters on its right.
The apartment is owned and furnished by a writer/journalist who is also a nature and music lover. The apartment is a blend of aesthetics, functionality and simplicity. It is Vastu-Shastra compliant and gets ample sunshine and a clear view of outside foliage. Being in the lower ground floor, it has the advantage of being cool in the scorching summers of Delhi and warm in the shivering winters.
Important: The electricity is billed separately at Rs.10/unit (as per sub-meter installed) and there is power backup for a single fan and lightbulb.
Kitchenette overlooks the back courtyard, which has a washing machine and drying area.
A stay of over 5 days entails a security refundable deposit of Rs.5000.
NOTE: Additional detatched single room that can accomodate 2 persons with attached bathroom is available at a cost of Rs. 2,800 per night.

Studio 28 is a furnished studio apartment that has an independent entrance from front and offers basic amenities like fridge, air conditioner, gas stove, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and can easily accommodate beds for 3-4 people using 1 teakwood double bed, 1 double teakwood sofabed, and 1 comfortable diwan.
Laundry service possible in our washing machine by by self or the househelp for an extra charges of Rs.350 per wash tub.
The apartment comprises a large drawing-cum-dining room having a teakwood large sofabed and an additional bedroom, a study and bathroom, A kitchenette with amenities like pipeline 24×7 gas supply, stove-burner, toaster, water heater and electric kettle.
There is ample car parking space both at the front and backside of Paradiso.

Other things to note
The largest children park with swings and great for joggers is barely 30 steps away. So is Humayun Tomb at walking distance of a few meters and other architectural marvels in its vicinity. Also the famous Sufi khanka and the Dargah, Sikh Gurudwara Sri Damdama Sahib, as well as a Hindu temple are at walking distance. The place is replete with 2 café in the locality, excellent Mughlai street food across the road at Nizamuddin basti and other eateries at famous markets like Pandara Road, Meharchand Market and Khan Market.
Electricity will be charged at Rs.10 per unit as per the sub-meter installed.

Neighbourhood highlights

Barely half a kilometer away (walking distance) is the famous Humayun's Tomb - the prototype of the Taj Mahal at Agra. Adjacent to it is the city's most famous Central Park - Sunder Nursery.

The Nizamuddin Railway station that connects trains to most Indian states is also in the locality, a few meters away from the studio apartment.

The locality is well connected to the Delhi Metro with metro stations - JLN stadium, Khan Market and Jangpura (Violet Line) are within the radius of 3 kilometers.
