Fred and Avy have a beautiful villa and we are so glad that they share it through Air BnB. Everything on the description is 100%accurate. It is wonderfully located 15/20 mins from everywhere you need to go. Fred is on hand and helpful and will sort you out with anything you need for your stay. The villa staff are amazing. Breakfast is out of this world too, really is the cherry on top. If you are looking for a place to stay that allows you close access to the temples, easy travel into town but secluded and quiet enough for downtime in the sun, by the pool the. Look no further. This villa is Exceptionally good value for money! Thank you!

Where do I begin? The pictures very accurately describe the property and you will not be disappointed. The pool was such a fantastic reprieve after a day of exploring the temples. It's very easy to spend your entire time at this Villa and never leave because of the terrific restaurant across the street. Fred was easy to communicate with, and was essential in relieving the stress of finding a driver to and from the airport, to where we needed to go around Siem Reap, and to the temples. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this villa to anyone going to Siem Reap! Big thank you to Fred and his team at the villa!

Beautiful villa with a nice clean private pool and charming garden. We could have easily spent our entire trip relaxing by the pool. The staff are the villa was extremely helpful arranging transportation when we needed it. Location in a local neighbourhood, an interesting area to ride around on the bikes that are provided. Highly recommend staying here.

Villa Moringa was a perfect getaway for our week-long family holiday. Fred greeted us and gave us the run-down, with helpful and friendly advice. He also checked in with us occasionally, and set us up with transport for the duration of our stay as well as a local mobile phone to call him, drivers or local food delivery. There is no question that he is looking out to ensure a perfect holiday. The rooms were more than spacious for 6 of us, immaculate housekeeping, overly-generous continental breakfast, and everything in working order (which is not always the case in SE Asia). Wifi is fast enough for streaming and is separate from the wifi for the tv -- where you can also stream films at no charge. We all loved the garden -- the kids made a straight line to the Doctor Fish pool for a foot massage right when we arrive. The salt-water pool is gorgeous -- it made for perfect afternoons of lounging around, avoiding the heat after mornings spent temple-seeing or visiting silk farm or other sights. Speaking of which we highly recommend a 3-minute stroll around the corner to Thiem's House, a local artist who specializes in laquered statuary and wood panel paintings. (Thiem's House also serves as a useful point of interest for tuk tuk drivers if you need to provide directions.) On our last day we booked a tour of a 'floating village' on Tonle Sap and upon returning home I overheard the following conversation in the rear seat, which says it all: "I hope we come back to Cambodia" (my 11-year old daughter) ... "When we do, we should stay at the same house" (5-year old son) ... "You know, there are many places to visit in Cambodia other than Siem Reap" (wife) ... "Yeah, but I want to stay at THAT house!" (son again). The only thing that Fred could do to improve the experience is work with fellow hospitaliers and hoteliers to somehow ban so-called 'traditional' Cambodian weddings which blare music from 'traditional' electric loud-hailers from 5am to midnight for 3 days and nights. The din is unavoidable in Siem Reap during the wedding season (we visited end-March), no matter where you stay. Again, Fred can't be faulted for that any more than he can be blamed for the mosquitoes (which are also unavoidable throughout the region).

The Villa Moringa is one of the most beautiful places I have every seen. The pool was amazing. Fred was very accomodating, available for communication, and very friendly. Everyone working with him was also very helpful and friendly, especially our driver Mr Chenda. I felt welcome from the moment i was picked up from the airport by a driver that took me directly to meet Fred until the moment we were dropped off at the airport. The phone Fred provided was also helpful. My only regret is that I did not stay there longer.

Our group had a lovely stay at this property. The breakfast every morning was awesome. Was great to come back from the temples and relax in the pool with cold beverages. It was fairly secluded and was nice to see village life quite a contrast from Pub Street.

Unfortunately, we did not meet with Avy and Fred in person but Douglas did an excellent job in explaining everything we needed to know about the house as well as how to get around in Siem Reap. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
