This is my home,
Clean, beautyful 5 th floor apt. elevator, sunny balcony. Private garage parking with charger(extra cost pr Kwh) 2 bedr- 180+140cm beds, comfortable for 1-4 p, 5th sleep on the sofa.

Grocery store, farmacy, Kraft restaurant, Bakery(cafe, bus, just outside. Walking distance to Hot spots, Soerenga beach/restaurants, The operahouse, Barcode, Munchs harbour & museum etc. Child friendly, playground just outside. Bus 54 on premesis

The space
The apartment is on the 5 th floor, lots of light. Grocery store in the building, 1 private parking in underground garage, an elevator ride away.
There is nice hiking possibilities in the area along Alna river and Ekeberg skulpture park. Walkingdistance 1,5 km to hot spots: Operahouse, Barcode, 15 min walk to Soerenga with restaurants and citybeach- Bus 54 on the premesis or bus 34, 70 and 74 Stop kværner, 3 min walk away

The whole apartment, garage in shared garage with exlusive parking space nr 155 just avross door nr 12(my apartment is on the fifth floor, elevator is behind door 12.

The first entrance you lock yourselves into is grey, and has to new entrancedoors, my name is on my door, this entrance is shared wit my other long time tannant, nice adult woman, it is safe to leave shoes and mayby a bag int the grey entrance as long is the patway for her door to the main antrancedoor is clear.

No shoes inside in the apartment. No smoking,

Before you leave, you tidy up your own dishes, put on the dishwasher, tablets is in the drawer under the zink, right side. take out the garbage and leave the house tidy. Cleaningfee is for cleaning towels, beddings, shower and floors, etc not your mess! Please take out your carbage to the garbageroom right side on the ground floor. use the chip to open the door.
Sorting garbage: Purpe plastic bags is for plastic, green is for food garbage, the big bags is for the rest. I have a garbage bucket for paper in the lover right draawer closest to the wall

Nice friendly nabourhood. 3 km walk or bus 34, to the famous Ekeberg restaurant, with the best view of Oslo, outdoor serving in summerseason. 1,5 km to Much harbour/ Much museum, and sentralstation, 20 min walk or 7 min by bus 54(Kværnerbyen busstop right autside the buiding)
