I rarely live in the house , guests can use airbnb text message to contact me .

Other things to note
There is a keybox outside of the front door, I will leave the door keys inside the box and text message to guest with secret code number so guest can do the self check in if I cannot meet them at the house .
On the check out day guest can do self check out by just leave the keys on the desk in the bedroom , no need to put the keys back in the keybox.

I'd like to ask all guests please keep down noises between 10pm-8am , so other guests will have a peaceful and good night sleep.

Please note that guests will share the dining room , kitchen , bathroom and toilet with other airbnb guests .

when fully booked there will be four people, otherwise if not fully booked there will be one or two persons.
There are four single bedrooms for rent in the house.
