Located on one of the prettiest streets in Rock Hall, MD. This 3 bdrm, one bath cottage is within walking distance to waterfront restaurants, bars, marinas and beach. The front porch has rocking chairs and provides a lovely place to sit for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Large backyard with picnic table and ample parking.
Other things to note
Our home / cottage was built in the early 1930's. The stairs to the finished attic / loft are steep. There is a handrail and there is a baby gate at the top of the steps if you wish to block off the stairwell. All children should always be supervised. Additionally, the heat source for the home (on the first floor only) is floor grate heat system (propane). Children and adults may wish to wear socks or slippers in the winter months as the grate can get hot.
