Sunny Lane self-catering studios are in the heart of Franschhoek village, just five minutes' walk to the town's centre with its world-class restaurants and shops. There are only two studios on our property, each with their own private entrance and patios shaded by grapevines. Guests walk down a lavender-lined lane to access their rooms, which look out onto our garden and swimming pool. Crisp white linen, towels, air conditioning and satellite TV provide you with all the comfort you need.

The space
Our cozy 'n cute studio is ideal for a couple. It is a one-roomed space but has everything you need - a shower, kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, hot plate and sink, queen-sized double bed and a patio with outdoor seating. The studio is filled with light from the French doors and sash window. A portable braai is also available and on hot days you can sun yourself next to the pool in one of our loungers or cool off under the vines. Our second studio, the superior studio, has two rooms - a lounge and full kitchen in addition to the bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower. This studio is spacious and light, sun-filled in winter and cool in summer. This studio also has a patio with outdoor furniture and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
Guests in both studios will not be inconvenienced by power outages, as we have a solar system on our property that kicks in when there are outages.

We are also two minutes' walk to the Wine Tram hub and over weekends you can also stroll over to the nearby Franschhoek market. Many of the iconic Franschhoek restaurants are also within a short walking distance. If you feel like being more home-based, you can relax in our tranquil garden setting and cool off in the swimming pool.
