One off street parking space is provided. Just 10 minutes from town, close to UBC and Kelowna airport, the Wilden neighbourhood is surrounded by walking trails and is a short drive to the Glenmore shopping area.

Our garden suite is in a quiet neighbourhood in a new residential area with mountain views and walking trails - all urban amenities are just minutes away. The unit itself is very quiet, and extremely well insulated from the home above.

Just 10 minutes from the heart of downtown and 5 minutes to the nearest shopping centre. Close enough for convenience, far enough to feel like you are away from it all ! We are one of the closest residential communities to UBC.
