1. Quiet Hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. During these hours, we ask that everybody need for rest be respected. No visitors to the guest rooms and common areas would be encouraged at this time.
2. Please leave the things the way you found them, and respect others' property, since the Dining, Living Area, Entertainment Areas are shared by all.
3. Cooking and heating appliances are not allowed in guest rooms and should be used only in the Kitchen.
4. Guests must be properly attired at all times. Proper attire means being fully clothed with shoes or slippers on the feet.
5. Keep your door closed and locked at all times. Do not leave cash and jewellery in your room.
6. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
7. Smoking is not allowed. Perfect Haven is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in the Balconies and Open Terraces.
8. Open flames (candles, matches, cooking flames, etc.) are not allowed.
9. For the health and safety of our guests, illegal drugs, weapons and pets are not permitted.
