Soak up the views and sun while staying in this luxurious Santa fe style house with tall ceilings and modern furnishings. It sits on a private road, 1.25 acre lot with lots of privacy and safety and offers very spacious rooms throughout, large entry way and full in home gym. There is lots of parking on the huge circular driveway.
Garage space is not available to guests.
No pets are aloud in the house or on the property at any time.

2700 hundred square feet of living space which includes 3 large bedrooms with king size beds in each room, there own walk in close and separate bathroom entrance from each room.
large 900 square foot great room kitchen area with extra large sofa, large TV with cable, dvd player.
stunning backyard views, outdoor fire pit with chairs, outdoor kitchen, BBQ with tables, chairs. large grass play area with large putting green.
Quarter mile from McDowell Mountain park for premier mountain biking and hiking for all levels. (Mountain bike guide tours are available).
Hot tub in back yard with great views and amazing night sky stars at night.
4 golf courses within 15 min drive and many more with 35 min drive.
Restaurants within 10 min drive, Grocery stores are within 20 drive.
lakes and river are within 45 min drive.
The Verde river is 5.5 miles down the road to the East. If your are lucky, you might see wild horses and birds of pray.

Guest access
Guests have there own laundry room and indoor gym with full weights and yoga mats.

Other things to note
The house is close to McDowell mountain park so you will hear wildlife and if you're lucky, you will see some.
You will also see many stars in the night sky that is not offered in the city.
it's a 1/2 mile drive on a graded dirt road to this property with beautiful homes along the way.
