Avon is a lovely suburb in the Farmington Valley region of Hartford County, Connecticut, USA. This one floor easy living ranch home has a new updated kitchen with an induction cooktop + all new appliances (including cookware, dishes and utensils), a freshly remodeled modern master bath with a curb-less shower & overhead heat (to keep you warm), pristine hardwood floors and a 2 car garage. The shops at Farmington Valley, The Fresh Market and Whole Foods are around the corner.

The space
Large windows allow for light to keep the space bright and minimalist window coverings (no clutter/dust) ensure peace & privacy keeping you comfortable and cozy. New furniture, fresh paint, new master bath with a new pristine kitchen and hardwood floors. French doors located at the front of the house provide noise reduction, function, privacy and make the space feel open and light. Plus-a 2 car garage provides easy and carefree access.

Space Considerations:

Bedrooms: The home is designed for a single person or a couple. The home has 3 bedrooms:

1. The master is furnished with a queen size bed, small storage unit and ample closet space.

2. The second room is furnished and used as an office.

3. The third room is empty.

Bathrooms: The home is equipped with two full bathrooms. One has been renovated and is modern and the other is a retro style (original to the home). Both bathrooms are clean, functional with plenty of storage.

Air Conditioning: The home is equipped with 3 newer "window" air conditioners + a ceiling fan in the family room and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The house stays cool + dry all summer long. In the near future central air will be installed.

Outside Space: At this time - there is a temporary gazebo in the backyard. In the future, the home will be updated with a deck.
