fully equipped kitchen (hood, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge freezer)
bedroom with double bed 160, dressing room, bathroom, separate toilet.
All overlooking a covered wooden terrace of 12 m², well exposed view of the dune and the pool, in absolute calm including in August.
Private covered and secure parking space no. 10.

Other things to note
Please return the apartment in the same state of storage and cleanliness, as you found it :) The 35 euro cleaning fee includes ONLY the rental of sheets and towels and the disinfection of the accommodation between 2 guests.
The residence's swimming pool is accessible from mid-June to mid-September.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Weekly rental in high season (July and August) from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Off-season on weekdays, possibility of arrival from 12pm.
In-person check-in only and until 7:00 p.m. at the very latest, no lockbox. It will be either me (the host) or a friend who lives nearby, remember to let us know your arrival time/any delay)
Cleaning must be done before checkout and the apartment tidied. (garbage cans emptied, dishes put away, sheets removed) and we ask that you return the apartment to us with a clean floor (vacuum cleaner used)
We go back behind all guests to re-sanitize everything (enhanced cleaning) and re-clean so that the cleaning is totally impeccable.
The 35 euro fee includes this re-cleaning as well as the rental of the sheets and towels provided to you.

1 duvet with its cover, 1 fitted sheet with 4 pillows per bed.
Beds are made on arrival, baby equipment provided (high chair and bath ring) and installed in the apartment at no extra cost.
The baby bed for safety reasons will not be assembled for safety reasons and the mattress of the bed will be provided (60 x 120) for hygiene reasons.
Pétanque, Molki and board games available.
Pool open from June 20 to September 15. This is a co-owned pool, if a technical problem occurs, the host will not be held responsible, there will be no commercial discount
Parking is secure, however in case of breakdown of the co-owned gate, the host will not be held responsible and there will be no discount on the price.
In case of non-respect of the premises (breakage, apartment left dirty, pets despite the ban, parties that are not allowed) the host reserves the right to make an appeal to the Airbnb platform for additional billing.
The guest agrees to inform the host of a breakage/loss or breakdown as soon as they become aware of it.
In case of delay on departure (after 12pm, there is a tolerance of 15 min off season) after the apartment will be considered illegally occupied, therefore, the traveler's belongings will be removed without recourse possible.
The impound will be notified if the private parking is occupied after checkout time.
A 3-hour time period is required for re-cleaning before the next guests arrive.
