Dear Louise, we understand that you were disapointed for the two last days for the pool, and I'm going to write you in private to explain very well why it was like that.
It didn't depend of us but it was for the weather-scirocco. Giorgio has done eveything Sunday, and Tuesday the guy was there and has done what it was possible too but unfortunately we must have changed the water. We waited before doing it, until the day of your departure because even if the water was green, as I said, it was absolutelly safe. I repeat It was not because we haven't done everything.
For the house it's abolutely impossible not to do the maintenance with a lot of persons coming every year, you can read the positive reviews we have too. So we think that your critical review is unfair and exaggerated. This year, for example, we bought a new oven Electrolux and we put a new shower in the ground floor. We have a gardener coming twice in a week and if there is a problem we are available for everything. So it's not very nice to release yourself for your anger for the pool in something not true in the house. The house is old, that is clear, and well maintained but sometimes, as in every house , something can be broken. I gave my mobile and when the guests need something, as you have seen , we are always ready to do what we can. Sorry if the last day was not perfect, the day before Isabel said me that you were not at home so it was not a problem for the pool.
