This villa is spacious and bright with lots of windows. The interior has just been updated. Tropical decor makes you feel like your’e at the beach. Huge flat screen TV. Tile flooring in the living areas and laminate in the bedrooms. Screened lanai overlooks palm tree and mature landscaping. Wireless fast speed internet included. It has everything you need for a short visit or extended stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer. Beach chairs and towels. One car garage and driveway space.

The space
While in a private secluded location you are still a short stroll to the large heated resort style community pool and hot tub. Two tennis courts/ Pickle ball. Basket ball hoops, Shuffle board, Putting green, BBQ picnic area and clubhouse with seasonal events. Two ponds with a variety of birds and wildlife. The Legacy Trail is nearby. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Plus multiple Beaches to choose from.

A happy guest said it all!! I can't thank you enough for our stay. It was just what the doctor ordered. I was so happy that we were in a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The teens loved it. The teens were not bored at all they loved basketball court, tennis court and the pool & jacuzzi as well as myself. It was great seeing and using the equipment for the beach That was a Great bonus. Being a chef I LOVED the kitchen. I felt like I was at my own home but even better, preparing breakfast & dinner for the guys and watching a movies and my favorite TV shows. I loved the outdoor patio to read and enjoy my cup of tea. I loved the grill using the wood chips (I had left a half bag wood chips and lighter fluid in the garage). The landscaping was magnificent throughout the property. Hearing and seeing the different birds singing, I really felt close to nature. We meet nice neighbors too and the weather was perfect. We liked the nearby beaches Siesta Keys, Lido and Brandenton. I will most definitely recommend your place to family and friends. Relax in Paradise, the name speaks for itself a wonderful resort to get away from it all.

Experience our spectator sunsets and see if you can get a glimpse of the rare green flash as the sun disappears into the gulf. Make sure to visit one of the many Farmers Market for fresh seafood and produce. Detweilers is also a must visit for great prices on the best fresh seafood and meats. Great home bakes bakery items too.
