Welcome to your fantastic vacation rental home in Sandpoint. This is a nicely updated house with smart touches everywhere. You will be delighted with the location, coffee shops, local retail stores, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk down the block. Fully appointed kitchen, on-site laundry, private patio area with Weber grill and fire pit. This place is perfect for a weekend visit or multi-week stay. Check it out!

The space
This historic house was built in 1909 and fully renovated. It is cozy and convenient. Private yet in the heart of downtown. It has a fenced yard and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Sandpoint weather. Take a quick 3 block walk in either direction to get to the lake or two block walk to First Avenue (Sandpoint's main street) or Farmers Market.
Mountain Bike & hiking trails a quick 5 minute ride away. Get a sense of the easy South Sandpoint's lifestyle.
