This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Kapparis and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

The space
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable modern sofas, flat screen TV with British and Russian satellite channels and free WIFI connection. The dining area has seatings for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seatings for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which open up completely allowing the indoor living room to merge with the garden and pool area.
There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have two single beds that can be put side to side to form a double bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, a teak dining table and chairs to seat 8, a beautiful white outdoor sofa set for 8 people where you can relax, an L shaped white concrete seating full of cushions to unwind, sun loungers, hammocks and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.
